With expectations from HR evolving and changing continuously, one of our key imperatives is to be firmly perched on the learning curve. By acquiring niche skills, exploring uncharted domains and mastering new techniques, our intent is to always find a relevant and meaningful place in the world of business. The Totus journey, spread over months of diverse activities helped us to see and understand the multiple facets of our work across varying dimensions. Value is seen in co-creation achieved through a consultative approach, in that sense the 'internal consultant' tag has become both the norm and the expectation.

Through the program,, we had the opportunity to learn, absorb and assimilate several interesting elements. The Pre-course PDP (Personal Development Planner) was a useful reflection on our respective individual journeys in our careers and the Line Manager feedback helped us understand where we really stand. Conceptual inputs on Mind map, Strategy snake, Problem definition etc proved to be powerful as the learning caught on with the whole group in an effective way.

Significant revelations on self-awareness through the MBTI helped us appreciate our differences while encouraging us to look for better ways to work together. Application Projects were a good way to remind ourselves that practicing what we learn is the only way to sustain and enhance the learning. The three facilitators - Ganesh, Harish and Mustafa through their insightful sharing added tremendous value to the program. Overall it was an exciting journey and all of us benefited immensely from the experience.

The Strategic HR Leader program was a very unique experience and helped me in more ways than one.

Designed and delivered in the spirit of Continuing Professional Development, the focus and commitment of all the faculty members, mentors and industry experts to help the participants was exemplary.
